thin walls blocked drain

The walls was indeed thin. I could hear all noises from nearby rooms, including loud conversations. the shower was tricky. It seemed stuck on the hottest setting and was hard to adjust. The water pooled quickly because the drain was blocked.

Excellent Early Check-In and Friendly Service

I appreciated the early check-in after a long night. This was very kind. The customer service was excellent. I thank the staff. The room had a lovely shower a TV and a comfortable bed. It was also warm.

The room was small and felt pokey plus it wasn't cleaned well. I also noticed the corridor lights did not work. The corridor also had fire doors. This left the corridor dark.

The Single Room featured a comfortable bed. A lovely shower and television were also available in the room. The room provided adequate warmth .

The staff displayed pleasant and polite behaviour. Their support was appreciated especially given the circumstances. I found them very helpful and accommodating to my needs throughout my stay.

simple stay was excellent

easy access twin room friendly staff

the location provided easy access to town center i received an upgrade to a twin room with ensuite it greatly improved my stay. the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent i found this quite charming. the staff was friendly and helpful this made my check in smooth

the walls were quite thin i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway it impacted my sleep

the twin room included an ensuite bathroom it had adequate space for one person the bed was comfortable and linens were clean i found a television with several channels in my room.

the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby a simple gesture , made a big difference the reception area was clean and well maintained i saw staff regularly cleaning common areas.

the hotel is near town center it allowed me to easily walk to shops and restaurants a bus stop is located close to the hotel providing convenient transportation options a taxi rank is nearby for those who need it.

the location was easy to reach from the town center the staff allowed an early check in after a long night. excellent customer service was a plus i appreciated.

the stairs were steep i noticed.
